If you are having difficulties with Secure File Transfer, you should at least first read the following questions.

You receive your password from the Allianz employee who wishes to communicate with you using Secure File Transfer. The identity number is generated automatically by the system and sent to your e-mail address.
I’ve already registered but have forgotten my password. How can I log in again?
Click on "Forgotten password". A box will appear in which you must enter your e-mail address.
After a single click on "Continue" you will be asked to answer your security question. Once you have entered the answer (with the correct upper and lower case letters) you will receive a new temporary password. Note this down or copy it and click on "Continue".
In the meantime your identity number will have been sent to your e-mail address. Now fill out the relevant boxes.
After clicking on "Continue" you will be asked to change your password.
Why doesn’t my Allianz partner communicate with me directly by e-mail?
E-mails are transmitted via the Internet in unencrypted form. This means that potentially millions of other people can also read your messages.
It is important to Allianz that confidential data are transmitted to you on a secure path.
